According to legal documents, singer won a Grammy says that she is faced with Tammy on custody of children (the couple had two daughters), visits, children, alimony, property division and the legal fees.

Perhaps more importantly, Melissa (now reportedly dating BFF Linda Wallem Tammy) says that they have never really, legally married, and that a non-binding commitment ceremony gives Tammy to... well, much less a marriage.
Tammy said they were married. How there is confusion in this regard, we have no idea, but these two do clearly see eye to eye on many things lately.
