Jaycee Dugard has filed a lawsuit against the Federal Government.
In the documents, the 31 - year-old who was held captive for 18 years by Phillip Garrido says the authorities should monitor this monster cloer, following his release on parole after serving time in prison for rape.
Failures on the part of federal officers to keep an eye on the home of the Garrido - where he imprisoned and raped Dugard, paternity two children with the young person in his time under his control - was "scandalous and inexcusable" readings in the trial.
Dugard continues for an undisclosed amount and plans to make a donation of 100% of all, that it has received to the non-profit organization, she founded The JAYC Foundation, Inc., to help the victims of kidnapping and their families.
In June, Garrido and his wife were sentenced to life imprisonment multiple after pleading guilty to the incomprehensible crime.
